1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WebMail ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send:

• Unsolicited bulk email ("spam");
• Content that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Phishing, malware, or other malicious content;
• Email to addresses obtained without proper consent.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Service Availability

We target 99.9 % monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced on our status page with at least 24 hours notice where possible.

5. Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

All content you send remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to transmit that content solely to operate the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebMail is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
